Born in Las Vegas, NV, Seth grew up here and attended UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law. For undergrad, Seth left for California to receive his Bachelor's in Political Science and Economics at University of California, Irvine. After graduating undergrad, and before attending Boyd, Seth interned in Washington DC on Capitol Hill, specifically in Majority Leader Harry Reid's office, where he summarized opponent and proponent arguments for various bills, as well as indexed floor votes for purposes of record keeping.
While in law school, Seth strove to provide legal assistance to those in need. He helped pro bono clients through William S. Boyd's Partners in Pro Bono project, culminating in a "Highest Pro Bono Honors" distinction on his J.D. degree. Further, Seth was on UNLV's Gaming Law journal, which sharpened his legal writing skills and legal analysis skills. Lastly, Seth also externed for a year at the Clark County Public Defender's office, where he honed his criminal defense skills, and courtroom speaking skills and demeanor.
At The 702 Divorce and Family Law Firm, Seth works tirelessly for his clients, providing his expertise to where it is needed. Seth is passionate about helping those in need and providing guidance through arduous and daunting processes, whether it be divorces, custody battles, or any range of misdemeanors to felonies.
In his downtime, Seth is an avid fan of the Vegas Golden Knights and the Las Vegas Raiders. When they are not playing, you can probably find him at a movie theater watching the latest blockbuster, or at a metal concert headbanging his stress away.

Extremely satisfied with the service my son and I received from this law firm as well as their paralegals. Matthew in particular was extremely helpful and was so accommodating of my requests and even went above and beyond - offering to check his email up to 10 pm(!!!) to allow my son to turn in some documents needed for their attorneys to present on my son’s behalf in court that following morning! He also always promptly responded to my emails and I sent quite a few. Damian was also very supportive and helpful from the very beginning - he even called me on a Saturday when I sent him an email add asking to be called. This law firm really cares about their clients!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.
